As a new yoga teacher, I need all of the chapters! But personally I'd love to see the Core chapter since I know that is an area I still need to develop more strength in.
And I'm subscribed for email updates and on FB!

I'm most interested in the Seated chapter. My seniors would benefit most from it.

What a lovely book. I'm a gerontologist and yoga teacher in training. The chapter on Seated poses will be so helpful to folks who aren't able to practice standing or poses on the floor.
Thanks Shanna!

I'm most interested in the Twists chapter, as I have scoliosis as well as nerve pain from my neck to my hips and obviously unaligned hips and a funky spine! I've learned that I need to practice poses more on one side than another to help with the imbalances. My yoga therapist has provided me with a practice involving forward and backbends, but I'd like to incorporate some twists in there, too. Gently.

With my arthritis, found myself interested in the twists section. Hope that I can solve that and then learn more about yoga

It is a wonderful book created with the help of Kickstarter. Darren breaks thing down so well. I only have a laptop. Would be wonderful to see this on an Ipad. Just dreaming.....

The supine chapter would be very useful as a vinyasa instructor. I'm always looking for new ways to isolate elements of postures. Taking the balancing aspect out of postures makes them more accessible and brings postures to new light. I also just love supine stretches!

Out of 11 chapters, I am most interested in backbend as it helps me to awaken my mind, to release fears, and have a serenity within myself. Since backbend don't usually do it in everyday living so it is best to add backbends as embellishments in yoga poses for more stretching and strengthening even if I am not good at it.
