I have been taking these for a few months and I love them. Vous Vitmins are vitamins personalized for your specific needs. You go to their website and fill out a diagnostic survey and they send you the formulation that is right for you. For instance, if you are vegan with brittle nails, your Vous will have extra B vitamins and Biotin.
On my first order, they sent me a few packs of situation supplements as well. One was for athletes and recovery, one was for the immune system and one was for energy and they worked great. These are for when you need a little extra boost.
I felt great taking these, however, I had to make sure it was not a placebo. I went back to my regular whole food vitamin and immediately noticed a drop in my energy. I went back to the Vous and my energy went back up so now I am a die hard Vous girl.
I liked them so much that I asked if they could offer a discount to my blog fam.
Comment below AND like Vous Vitamins on Facebook, and I will randomly choose 5 people to receive free situational vitamins. In the comments, let me know if you are a regular vitamin user. You must be subscribed so that I have your e-mail. Giveaway ends Thursday December 18.

The winner of Jivamukti Yoga: Practices for Liberating Body and Soul is Cady. Please reply back to me with your address within 48 Hours. [email protected]
This book is in my top 5, possible top 2, greatest yoga books of all time. You don't have to like Jivamukti, ever have practiced it, or ever want to practice it and you can still be blown away by this book. I read this quote about the book and it is absolutely true,
"“If there is only one book you read about the practice of Yoga, this should be the one"–STEPHAN RECHTSCHAFFEN, MD Co-founder & CEO, Omega Institute
This is the most easy to understand and complete book on yoga and the 8 limbs that I have ever read. It is beautifully written and you will find so many nuggets of wisdom to use in your own daily life and to share with your students.
While I do not agree with everything Sharon and David say, I respect their opinions because they come from years of study and a strong practice. Like me, they are not trying to appease people, they just speak their truth which is admirable.
Sharon and David
This book not only includes philosophy but also talks about sequencing and includes many sequences for you to do at home.
I will be giving away one copy of this book.
